I am a qualified counsellor, specialising in Emotional Therapy, a humanistic counselling model. I work with clients from my practice in Montpelier. I have daytime and evening availability.
Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes
I also have a Diploma in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes from the University of Bristol and run workshops for individuals, couples and groups. I have worked in infertility clinics, corporately within Bristol City Council and at the Bristol Drugs Project. These workshops can be used for self expression, personal development and team building.
