What is Emotional Therapy?

Emotional Therapy is a talking therapy, a humanistic counselling model. It is client led - the sessions go at the client's pace and provide a safe environment for exploring the issues that are troubling you. Counselling is not about giving advice, but about giving time and space for reflection and understanding ourselves better.

Using a variety of techniques, Emotional Therapy seeks to identify our core feelings and look at ways of bringing balance into our lives. This then allows us the space for personal growth, enabling us to live the rich, full lives we want to.

I believe that with increasing confidence and self awareness, we can find the answers to the questions that we have, and learn to make the right choices for ourselves. This enables us to feel confident being truly ourselves.

Emotional Therapy is very effective in dealing with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship or family problems, eating disorders and abuse.
